The Majestic or THE M has some ideal spaces for a multitude of uses. Our facility has full handicap accessibility with elevator and is also fully sprinkled and equipped with fire alarm system.
We have space from 1,000 to 4,000 square feet of space with multiple entry options and attractive common area ideal for office, retail, spa, This space is on the garden level walk out on the South side of the building.
We have two very large commercial kitchens available partially equipped with hoods, walk in coolers/freezers and other equipment ideal for catering and or new concept restaurant for our facility.
We have various other spaces including the former Presidential Museum ideal for offices on the upper level.
We also have storage and warehousing with a truck dock and elevator making ingress and egress easy. Moving people and products throughout the facility is a breeze!
